Visiting
The following information on visiting inpatients will apply from August 1, 2025.
- Visiting hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Each visit is limited to around 30 minutes.
- Visitors are asked to meet inpatients in either their rooms or the cafeteria. Children aged 12 or under may only visit inpatients in the cafeteria.
- In multi-occupancy rooms, please refrain from visiting in groups of three or more, or chatting and laughing loudly.
- During visits in multiple-occupancy rooms, please draw the bed curtains.
- Please refrain from eating or drinking during visits.
- If you wish to visit an inpatient, please follow the procedures below. A visitor’s pass will be given to you.
Please wear the visitor’s pass while visiting, and let the ward staff be aware of your presence before visiting the patient.

We sometimes have to prioritize treatment and care over visits, and in such cases, we request your cooperation.
*Restrictions may be placed on visits according to the state of how infectious diseases are spreading outside of the hospital.
*In certain wards, visiting restrictions are in place for medical care reasons. Please ask staff for more details.
Note: Those with the following symptoms may not visit patients
Fevers (high temperature), coughs, phlegm, runny noses, unusual lethargy, diarrhea, vomiting, sore throats, conjunctivitis.
Contact a Patient
Please have the following documents ready for a registration process:

Telephone Calls
Patient rooms do not have phones, and your call will be transferred to the clerk desk of the ward. Please refrain from calling unless it is an emergency.

Mail
Mail is delivered to patient rooms. Please make sure to write the patient’s name, department and room number.

Patient’s Presence
Our staff will not acknowledge the patient’s presence over the phone. This is designed to provide the security and privacy for the patient. Please do not ask us to make exceptions.
